Setting Up File Import Directories

This feature provides the ability for you to set up directory locations CCC ONE will use to import CIECA EMS files.

To set up file import directories

1. Select Configure > Machine Settings from the menu bar. The Machine Settings screen opens.
2. Click on the File Import link under Import/Export.
3. Select the Enable import of estimates, supplements option.
4. Select the CIECA/EMS Files from the Import Type droplist, and then enter the import folder location. You can also click the browse button to navigate to the directory.
   
5. Select the Delete original files from disk after import option (optional).
6. Click OK.

Note: Some changes take effect on your next log in.
